Day 02-First discussion

My Storyboard was only done with two pages. However, it was badly and horribly drawn.










Story idea has been decided, Tina's Gangster story.
This is what we came up with the rough storyline: [not a recipe]

1 close friends - chicken [Cavin]
1 outsider - duck [Darren]
1 gangster - lion [Luke]
1 child - squirrel
1 mom - cat
1 old man - gorilla
1 man lost wallet - mouse
1 or 2 bullies
wealsey's tattoo hand socks
big lollipop
costumes head

First scene:
- graphics of duck and chicken silhouette with bubble in animal language.
- transition into reality of outsider and close friend meet up, wearing duck and chicken costume heads.show both walking in animal way.
- gangster comes in, is going to pass something to close friend.then goes off.
- outsider asks close friend,"why your friend is a gangster?"
- close friend explains to outsider gangster's character using flashbacks.

Flashback scenes:

1 gangster guides a crying lost child, close friend saw it.
- graphics of small squirrel hops in and looks around then start to wail; the use of Flash, with white background.
- transition to real life bus stop, gangster comes in.
- close friend saw and wanted to rush up to stop gangster from bullying the lost child but saw gangster takes out a big lollipop for the child.
- close friend saw and understood and left.

2 close friend was bullied by another classmate in school, gangster arrives at close friend's block to console and have a heart to heart talk.
- transition to the classroom.
- close friend sitting in class, have a graphic bubble on the right side of frog language.
- classmates left, two bullies appear right and left of camera; showing only body to bottom.one is dog; graphic of dog language said. one bully pushes close friend.
- gangster at one corner saw the whole thing and then walk off without helping.
- close friend walks home upset and head looking down. Will be reaching home late at night.
- gangster that night was waiting for close friend to come home under the void deck.
- close friend saw gangster waiting then both have a wonderful talk.they become very good friends.

3 gangster works in odd part-time jobs a day to support his family as he is the only income giver for the family. gangster gives earned money to mom to show him being filial piety.
- another day, close friend saw gangster rushing off after school most of the time. Showing gangster working at different jobs.
- transition to gangster giving hard-earned money to his mom.

Second scene:
- outsider leaving the meeting because of volunteer work to do.Bidding farewell.

Third scene:
- another day,outsider going to an old man's house for volunteering.
- outsider walking towards old man's house found gangster opening the gates of the house, shouting at him,"What are you doing?" outsider runs towards the house.
- gangster walks in and greeted the old man. looked back and saw close friend. Don't care and started to work by cleaning the house.

Fourth scene:
- Gangster leaving from lift, saw someone dropping his wallet. Picked up wallet and started chasing after that man.
- Man turned back and panick, started running away. saying,"Don't chase me,I will pay you back the money. Give me one more day."
- gangster manages to catch man and pushes him against the wall. Man was scared and afraid.gangster pass him the wallet.
- Voice Over with; Not everything you see is what it appears to be.
